What We Do

Four ways your event is served at the Chariot window, each built to order.

1 Caviar bump on a mother-of-pearl spoon

A pure spoonful, served on mother-of-pearl. The most direct way to taste the pearls, straight and unadorned.
2 The Minimalist blini with caviar
Blini Service
Warm blini with creme fraiche and caviar, dressed your way. Choose your own from a spread of chive, shallot, egg, and more.
